Is the food cooked or do I have to prepare it?
The food is fully cooked, and vacuum packed for freshness. Just microwave it or pop it in the oven. You can store the food in the fridge fresh for 7 days, or store frozen in the freezer for 60 days.
Do all the items on the menu follow the ketogenic diet?
Yes, every menu item is ketogenic, closely following the macro ratio of 75% of calories from high quality fat, 20% from protein, and 5% from carbs.
When will my order ship?
It depends on which day you order. Our order and shipping schedule is as follows:

Do you offer local pickup?
Yes. You can learn more about that here.
Yes we offer local pickup two days a week. Local pickup is on Mondays between 4 and 7 pm, and on Wednesdays between 3 and 6 pm at our East Bay Drive location. If you’re selecting local pick up for Monday you have to order between Wednesday 1 PM and Friday midnight of the previous week. If you’re selecting local pick up for Wednesday you have to order on Saturday or Sunday. If you would like to to be reminded via text of this time window, please text “reminder” to 727-877-1123.
